Resourcer - Polish Speaking
Working in an exceptionally busy office on the outskirts of Watford, my client is looking for the following attributes:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to understand and communicate in Polish
Excellent communicator both in the written and verbal form
Team player
Flexible approach to work some overtime will be necessary
Level headed and able to cope under pressure
Tenacious
Your tasks:
Answering the telephone
Finding candidates to go out to work, advising them on location, pay and job description
Making outbound calls
Answering questions and queries regarding pay from individuals
Problem solving
Negotiating
Supporting the sales team
Hours of work 8 - 5.30 Monday - Friday
(half an hour for lunch)
you will be entitled to 22 days holiday plus potential bonus depending on company performance.
