Job Description

You
will be required to complete a telpehone interview for prospective
applicant to Barclays campaigns across the country. Telephone
interviews will be for cashiers, personal bankers etc across the Retail
Network as well as Customer Service Advisors in the contact centres.
You
will then be able to determine if candidates are successful and able to
be put through to the next stage of the recruitment process.
This role involes being on the phone all day.
Shift pattern is 8 hours per day with 1 hour for lunch included (7 hours working day)

Shifts
are between 8-8 and will be on a rota’d basis so candidates need to be
flexible. There may also be an occassional requirement to work until
8pm.
Experience required:
Customer Service
Good telephone manner
They would also consider shifts of 10-4 , 12 - 5 or 12-8 (3 days per week)
