Company: Our client is a major International services company with over
5,000 staff in Europe, Middle East and Asia and ?1bn in annual revenue.
They are a publicly quoted company that is expanding their operation in
Ireland to manage their European customer service and technical support
operations. Their Dublin centre will support their Norwegian, Swedish,
Finnish, Danish, Polish, Dutch, German, English, Spanish, Italian,
French, Portuguese and Greek markets. Opportunities await team leader
who are looking for a dynamic and rewarding management role where you
will develop a service from inception to “go-live” and beyond.
Role:
Team leaders are responsible for managing a team of customer service
agents where you are responsible for meeting customer service targets,
service levels and operational targets in order to ensure the
effectiveness of the operation. The teams range in size between 5-15
people and there will be email and phone contact for the agents to
support. You will report into a Team Manager that will guide you and
assist in developing your management skills.
Skills: The ideal
candidate will possess 1 years experience as a team leader and have
worked in a contact centre environment supporting customers over the
phone and email/web. He/She will speak native level Polish and fluent
English. Please note that to speak fluent German could be an advantage
to be considered for the role.
