Just in between St John's Wood and Primrose Hill and close to Regents Park.

Beautiful one bedroom flat with 2 levels, completely newly refurbished.

The flat is ex-local authority however, 75% is privately owned and the neighbourhood is very safe and respectable.

Please note heating and hotwater bills are included in the rental!

We can fully furnish for you or you can supply your own furniture, the choice is yours.

Neutral decor, wooden floors throughout, storage space

This is a lovely bright living room with a cosy balcony and open plan
kitchen. The kitchen has all brand new white goods (Washing Machine,
Fridge, microwave, toaster kettle….)

Large double room with double bed has modern lights, built in wardrobe.

The flat is 10 min walk from the St John's high street. Many restaurant, pubs, shops….

5 min walk from Regents park

12 to 15 minute walk to St John's Wood tube station (Jubilee Line)
