Płace w przemyśle i budownictwie będą rosły najszybciej. Zarabiamy różnie w zależności od miasta, w którym pracujemy, np. kierownik budowy w Łodzi może zarobić 4,5 tys. zł, a w Poznaniu ponad 7 tys. zł. Pracownicy stali się cenni, bo łatwo mogą uciec do lepiej płatnej pracy - informuje "Polska".
Na naszych oczach umiera rynek pracodawcy, na którym o zatrudnieniu i wysokości zarobków decydowało wysokie bezrobocie. Teraz warunki może także stawiać ten, kto swoją pracę sprzedaje, czyli pracownik.
Najszybciej zmiany zachodzą w budownictwie. To pierwsza branża, która odczuła efekt emigracji zarobkowej Polaków. Stało się tak z dwóch przyczyn. Po pierwsze budowlańcy są z natury mobilni - zmieniają miejsce pracy, przenosząc się z budowy na budowę. Dla nich wyjazd z Polski za lepszą pensją był więc łatwiejszy niż dla sprzedawcy czy pracownika linii produkcyjnej. Po drugie, popyt na usługi budowlane jest w Polsce olbrzymi i będzie dalej rósł.
Jak wyglądają przykładowe średnie płace miesięczne brutto w siedmiu największych miastach? Monter w Warszawie zarabia 3000 zł (w UE osoba na tym stanowisku zarabia średnio 2500 euro). Kierowca w Gdańsku może zarobić 3500 zł (kierowca ciężarówki w dużej firmie w Wielkiej Brytanii zarabia ok. 7 tys. zł). Recepcjonistka w Gdańsku - co ciekawe - zarabia więcej niż osoba na tym samym stanowisku w… stolicy (2600 zł - Gdańsk, Warszawa - 2410 zł).
Pensje programistów też różnią się w zależności od miasta, w którym pracują: najmniej mogą zarobić w Gdańsku - 3375 zł, a najwięcej w Warszawie - 5500 zł. W Hiszpanii płaca programisty to ok. 18 tys. zł. W przypadku dyrektorów handlowych najwięcej zarabiają mieszkańcy stolicy - 16000 zł, natomiast najmniejszą pensję mają katowiczanie - 6200 zł.
